OstuniHelper (“we”, “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and how it is managed.

1. Data Controller

2. Data Collected

Usage & analytics: If you consent, we use Google Analytics with IP anonymization to measure visits and performance.
Interaction analytics: If you consent, we send aggregated GA4 events about categories, subcategories, selected items, page path, and language to improve navigation.
AI interactions: Requests are processed by the AI provider. Chat logs are saved only if you enable “Save this chat.”
Forms & requests: When you submit forms (booking, promotions, “Work with us”), we collect the data you provide to handle the request.
Newsletter: Emails are stored only after confirmation (double opt‑in) and explicit consent. We do not store IP addresses; we use an internal random identifier to track consent proof.

AI chats are saved only if you explicitly enable “Save this chat.” In that case we store: user message, AI response, category metadata, language, timestamp, and a session identifier. You can export or delete chat data directly from the OstuniAI interface.

3. Purposes and Legal Basis

Service delivery: provide requested content and respond to inquiries (legal basis: service performance).
Newsletter: send communications only with explicit consent and double opt‑in (legal basis: consent).
Analytics and traffic: measure site traffic and performance (legal basis: consent to analytics cookies).
Navigation improvement: analyze clicked categories (legal basis: consent).

4. Third-Party Services

We use OpenRouter API to access AI models. Your input may be processed by their models. See their privacy policy.

We use SMTP services to send emails (requests and newsletters).

Google Analytics loads only after your consent.

5. Cookies

We use analytics cookies only if you consent. GA4 is configured with IP anonymization and without advertising features. We do not send email addresses, phone numbers, or similar identifiers.

6. Data Retention

If enabled, chat logs are kept for a limited period (default 30 days) and then deleted. Category click logs are retained for 12 months. Newsletter data remains until you unsubscribe. Form submissions remain in received emails for as long as needed to handle the request.

7. Your Rights

You can export or delete chat data directly from the OstuniAI interface. For newsletters, unsubscribe and data‑access links are included at the bottom of each email. For other requests or questions, contact us at mycityhelperr@gmail.com.

AI conversations are processed via OpenRouter, an external language‑model provider: OpenRouter Privacy Policy.

8. Withdraw Consent

You may withdraw consent to analytics cookies at any time by clearing cookies in your browser and contacting us; the consent prompt will appear again on your next visit.

9. Security

We adopt appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect data from unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure.

10. Changes to This Policy

Any updates will be posted here with an updated effective date.
