1. Controller and contacts

The data controller is Samuele Pagone (OstuniHelper). Contact: mycityhelperr@gmail.com.

No DPO has been appointed, as it is not mandatory for this activity.

2. Data processed

  • Navigation data
    IP address, user agent and minimized technical logs.
  • Usage data (with consent)
    Aggregated Google Analytics 4 interaction events (category, subcategory, item, page, language) with IP anonymization.
  • AI chat data
    Messages and replies only when "Save this chat" is enabled.
  • Contact/work form
    Name, email, phone and business description.
  • Newsletter
    Email and consent via double opt-in flow.

3. Purposes and legal bases

  • Service delivery
    Responding to requests and providing requested features.
  • Contacts and collaborations
    Pre-contractual management of business requests.
  • Newsletter and promotions
    Communications sent only with consent.
  • Analytics and improvement
    Aggregated measurement with analytics cookies, with consent.
  • Security
    Abuse prevention and technical protection under legitimate interest.

We use necessary cookies and, only with consent, preference/analytics cookies. Details in the Cookie Policy.

Providing data is optional but required for some features (chat, newsletter, forms). We do not perform automated decision-making with legal effects.
